Where can I buy Soft & Dri® products?
Please visit our Where to Buy page, located here, to see which major retailers carry Soft & Dri® products. Please note the retailer may not carry the full line of products, or it may be available only in a limited number of stores. You can also order from online
retailer sites or Drugstore.com.
What can I do if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
For easy refunds and replacements, return the product to the point of purchase with your original receipt.
Have you changed the formula of my Soft & Dri® product?
While we occasionally add new or substitute ingredients to enhance our products or to comply with federal regulations, our
formulation changes are evaluated and shown not to affect product performance.
How can I find out the expiration date of my product?
Most Soft & Dri® products can be used for up to 12 months after opening, and aerosols can be used for up to 24 months
after opening.
Can you send me samples or coupons?
We do not offer Soft & Dri® samples at this time. Please visit our online offer page for coupons you can print at home.
The nozzle on my aerosol is broken/not spraying. What should I do?
Try running the nozzle under warm water to unclog it, or try a cushion pin to remove any residue. If the product still will not
dispense, please use our Contact form located here to provide your information and we’ll be glad to assist you.
The dial on my product is broken, and the product can no longer be applied. What should I do?

I’ve never used my product, but it cannot be applied because it’s dry and crumbling. Can I get a replacement?

assist you. Please remember that products may be affected if frozen, or if stored at temperatures above 105F°/40C°.
