  • How can I find out the expiration date of my product?

    Most Soft & Dri® products can be used up to 12 months after opening. Soft & Dri® aerosols can be used for up to 24 months after opening.

  • How can I get Soft & Dri® coupons or samples?

  • What is the difference between deodorant and antiperspirant?

    Deodorants help to control body odor. They work by fighting odor-causing bacteria that develops when you sweat. They also contain fragrance, which keeps you smelling fresh. They do not inhibit underarm wetness. Antiperspirants contain an active ingredient that reduces the amount of sweat produced. They help stop wetness and contain fragrance to keep you smelling fresh.

  • The dial on my product is broken, and the product can no longer be applied. What should I do?

  • I’ve never used my product, but it cannot be applied because it is watery or dry. Can I get a replacement?

    If the product is less than 2 years old, please complete our Contact form and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that products may be affected if frozen, stored at temperatures above 105F°/40C° or if more than 2-years old.
